Our eating pattern is one of the most important weight loss strategies we can use and stronger than any weight loss pill or starvation diet. At certain times of the day your body needs certain calories, if you are eating the wrong foods at the wrong time of day your body cannot burn those calories and they will get stored as flab.
You cannot lose weight by starving yourself (using a low calorie diet) as your metabolism will detect any major drop in calories and it will then ADJUST ITSELF by burning fewer calories each day. Of course we are talking about healthy starvation as opposed to third world starvation.
The Shifting Calories Theory is a new healthy way to look at weight loss and focuses on your body monitoring and losing it’s own flab. Lets get the body out of it’s flab storing rut.
You need to SHOCK your metabolism into gear with a regulated sensible diet plan.
Tomorrow or the next day have not happened yet, therefore your metabolism does not know how much food you will eat. Your eating habits control your metabolism and it always burns calories based on what you have eaten during the past few days. Guess what? You need to shock your metabolism by doing the OPPOSITE of what it expects you to do. You need to NOT continue eating the same types of calories and meals for more than a couple days at a time, and you are going to lose a lot of flab by doing this.
To make this work you need to SHIFT certain types of calories eaten, and if you do this then your metabolism will burn all of the calories eaten. When your metabolism finishes burning those calories it will find the nearest available fat tissue on your body and burn that too. Bingo, your answer to How To Get Rid of Flab.
Therefore, knowing when to eat and what calories to target is the answer to losing flab and it only involves shifting your eating habits around.
