How to Lose Fat in Thighs
1. Walk up your stairs for 10 minutes a day
I’m going to assume you have some stairs you can use that are in your house or nearby. If not, you can instead use a stairstepper. But this is so simple to do. You already walk up and down your stairs as it is. Instead of just doing that randomly, do it for 10 minutes non-stop as part of a program.
The result come fast. Your thighs get thin and firm. Within 2 weeks of doing this, you will see major changes in how your legs look. Remember, 10 minutes a day.
2. Do standing long jumps in your home
I know you remember this going back to gym class. So you’ve done these before. I don’t need to explain how to do them. What I want you to do is to do a lot of jumps quickly.
This will give it a cardio element. It’s also great for firming your legs and butt. Take 5 minutes out of your day and do these jumps non-stop. Try to get 4-5 jumps for each minute. So by the end of 5 minutes, you’ll have jumped 20-25 times.
Do this 3 times a week and I can almost guarantee you’ll see better legs in the mirror very soon. One key point to remember… make sure you put 100% effort into these jumps. You get what you put into this exercise.
