Lay flat on your back on a soft surface, now ease your legs up to about six inches off the ground - 6-8 inches is good. Now keep it there for thirty seconds, you can even put your hands under your glutes if your just starting. This will require you to use your lower stomach to hold your legs up, making this arguably one of the best lower belly exercises ever.

Now after the six inches, you want to put your legs up at a 45 degree angle, you can do this for 20-30 seconds, it’s tough, but you’ll get that lower belly fat off extremely fast!
