But don’t get upset too quickly. Although consumers are always the first victims of misleading products, there are ways to be more prudent by knowing what you’re dealing with.

What you can do initially is put extra time reading ingredients list. The capsules for instance should contain Hoodia Gordonii plant’s core primarily, but other than that there are three other components present: stearic acid, gelatine and magnesium stearate.

The mixture of these three components made up part of the capsule that includes the powdered form of the plant. Simply put, these components are safe.

Other components not mentioned above are nothing but additives. They do not contribute nor enhance the product’s main function: to inhibit appetite leading to weight loss. And those products containing extracts? They might contain pure Hoodia Gordonii core, but being an extract just makes it far from being very effective.

And according to research conducted by Alkemist Pharmaceuticals, over 80% of the Hoodia Gordonii capsules they tested, were found to be not 100% pure Hoodia Gordonii nor authentic.

So you have been dieting for weeks and your belly is not reducing as fast as you would like; what steps can you take to accelerate your weight loss. The first thing you need to do is increase the amount of aerobic exercise that you are undertaking, this can be anything from jogging around town to a full blown gym workout. Whatever you choose, always make sure you consult a physician prior to beginning to make certain that your exercise program is not going to be detrimental to your healthy.

The first step is to ensure that you have warmed up and stretched adequately, doing this at the beginning and end of your exercise session will reduce the amount of lactic acid that builds up in your muscles thereby reducing your stiffness the next day. So for the first month start with twenty minutes of exercise that increases your heart rate and gets you pink in the face. You should try to do this at least three times a week in order to get the maximum benefit from your exercise.

Now if your aim is to lose belly fat you may wish to arrange you program so that the best exercise to lose belly fat are incorporated into each session. There are a variety of exercises which you can implement into your program that will help tone your stomach. The basic stomach crunch is the first and is where you lie on your back, it is best to use an ab roller for this which can be purchased at any sports outlet. I found that after a couple of months I managed to do 300 stomach crunches and my stomach began to look and feel flatter. There are other exercise that you can incorporate into your fitness program however the standard stomach crunch has and always will be the most beneficial.

If you are like me then you do not like spending money on a gym membership that costs a bundle but is hardly used. If you look to lose belly fat in just minutes then you have come to the right place. It is quite intense but very brief and includes a very aggressive cardio workout. The workout takes only minutes and burns up a couple hundred calories at a shot, not bad huh?

So, here it the method on how to lose belly fat:

Start by running in place or alternatively you can do jumping jacks. Spend about two to three minutes doing one of these exercises as intensely and quickly as possible. It may be difficult but it is one of the most important parts of the workout so make sure you do it right. Remember to focus on the fact that you are losing weight.

Next, you will be doing an exercise called the “Mule Kick.” The right way to do this exercise is to stand with your feet right below you and try and kick both legs up toward your buttocks. Essentially, it will feel like you are trying to kick your backside. You need to do this exercise for two to three minutes with this exercise and watch the belly fat go goodbye.

OK, here is the next two minutes: Hit the floor for some good old fashioned pushups. Make sure you do the pushups so that your arms are parallel with the ground. In other words, make sure your body goes all the way down to the point that it all but touches the ground but does not actually do so.

Now, you spend the next two minutes going back to doing the running in place or doing jumping jacks. Once again, remember to think of the fact that you are losing body fat. The more you get into the workout the more the belly fat sheds. The key is to keep up the intensity while doing these exercises for the few minutes that you are involved in them.

In these last two minutes you should ride a stationary bike on the highest level possible for two minutes. This part is critical to the entire workout and if you are seriously want to lose belly fat in minutes then you have to use this time of critical mass to “go for it.”

On a final note: make sure you do these exercises on an empty stomach as this is proven to be one of the most important things you can do in order to lose belly fat.
